Incedo™ Open for IT or security manager

Aptus products create both a safe and pleasant for living in apartment buildings and a cost-effective property management for the property owner.

With over 70 years' experience of designing and supplying cylinders and keys throughout the world, ASSA is established as the first choice for high security, robust and sophisticated master key systems.

We just love security, and it’s great to be able to present an access control system that keeps a grip on all the locks and keys from apartment entryways and laundry rooms to lofts. You won’t have to worry about expensive cylinder replacements, copied keys or master keys gone astray. If someone loses a key, just block it and order a new one. And it’s a real bonus that our product designs add luster and style to buildings, indoors and out. Our access control system can be extended with applications for communicating with tenants, booking community spaces, entry phones, individual water and energy metering and mail stations.

Aperio locks are designed to complement the Aptus product portfolio of electronic locks for public doors, such as cellar doors. Aperio locks are battery powered that communicate via radio. That way you do not need to wire the door. You can normally use the existing lock cases, which means a faster and more cost-effective installation.

We just love laundries. Or in fact, we want every bookable space in your building to be accessible and pleasant. So it’s both inspirational and fun to provide reservation boards for communal spaces bookable via computers in apartments or iPhone apps. If you’d like to extend your booking system with entry phones, communications, locks, alarms, energy metering and access systems there’s no problem.

No matter if you are an administrator, property owner, tenant or condo owner, you have the right to good communications. It’s important for a property owner that information reaches the right person, at the right time with the right corporate identity. For tenants it’s important to be able to report faults, book the laundry, receive private information and find out when e.g. the next bus is leaving. And for administrators installing products and managing services should be a piece of cake. Our tip-top products can do all of this. And the fact that they also make a property look more modern, more fun and more attractive is a real bonus. If you’d like to extend your booking system with entry phones, communications, locks, alarms, energy metering and access systems there’s no problem.
