Our colleague recently had the opportunity to attend the ABLOY International Summit in Amsterdam, where colleagues from different countries and teams came together to share experiences, insights, and ideas.

While the event featured engaging presentations, workshops, and discussions, one of the most memorable aspects was finally meeting in person the people he works with every day through Teams.

More than a screen!

Spending time together, exchanging experiences, and having conversations beyond the virtual environment made the experience especially valuable. Events like this provide a great opportunity to strengthen professional relationships, gain new perspectives, and learn from colleagues working in different markets and roles.

This experience will surely be a fond memory, as will the opportunity to meet the people with whom I regularly collaborate remotely. After numerous online meetings, it was truly wonderful to talk face-to-face and further strengthen those professional relationships.

Experiences like these remind us that successful collaboration is built not only through technology and digital tools, but also through personal connections that help teams work together more effectively.
