The Impact You'll Make

As a Field Technician, you’ll be the face of our company on-site, ensuring that equipment is installed correctly, maintained proactively, and repaired swiftly. Your expertise will directly reduce downtime for our clients, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

• Travel to client sites to install, maintain, and repair equipment according to technical specifications.

• Diagnose issues using specialized tools and software,  and implement effective solutions.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid costly breakdowns.

• Provide clear, friendly communication to clients about work performed and future recommendations.

• Document service reports, parts usage, and maintenance logs accurately.

• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in field service, technical maintenance, or equipment installation.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with relevant tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

• Physical stamina to handle equipment and work in varied environments.
